"XauSync AI" mobile and web applications are developed and operated by Vadym Bezsmertnyi, Sole Proprietor (Ukraine) ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our AI-powered educational market analysis app and web services ("Service"), you (the User) agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Use. 6. Account Registration and Security

To access XauSync AI features, users can create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users should provide accurate information during registration and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Energy Purchases and Payments

XauSync AI offers paid educational access through an Energy and Learning Days model. Users may purchase internal learning credits (Energy) via the App Store or Google Play (through RevenueCat), and then activate Learning Days to unlock additional educational scenarios, AI explanations, analytics tools, and related learning features. Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store. Some plans offered in your region may renew automatically under store rules. Users can manage or cancel eligible plans in their App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant app store provider.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use XauSync AI in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract our source code
Using automated bots or scripts to access the service
Sharing account credentials with third parties
Using the service for unlawful activities or market manipulation
Distributing proprietary information without authorization
Interfering with the service's operation or security

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of XauSync AI are owned by Vadym Bezsmertnyi, Sole Proprietor (Ukraine) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason necessary to protect our service or other users. Terminated users lose access to all features and data. Users can request account deletion using available in-app account settings and support channels, as described in our account deletion instructions.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using XauSync AI, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
